This light-weight dress is an easy dress to wear for any event: baby or bridal shower, traveling the world, wedding, etc.  Wear it with heels and some sparkly jewelry for a more formal event or throw on some sneakers and explore the world!   

This dress has a ton of stretch.  The entire top is smocked, so accommodates all chest sizes.  The bottom is flowy for an elegant day of adventure.  The straps can be worn on or off the shoulders.
